Returns & refunds

Our policy

If you’re not satisfied, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to return an item

• Email support@scitec.local with your order reference.
• We’ll send you a return label and instructions.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
